Fifty questions in two columns is the standard length for a midterm, a chapter test or a full period assessment.
One hundred questions on a single sheet is the classic full-length answer grid: questions 1–50 down the left column, 51–100 down the right, four bubbles per row, with Name, Date, Class/Period and Test/Form lines across the top.

No. Open a printable sheet in your browser or use the generator directly on the website. You do not need an account, browser extension or software installation. Download the PDF, open its print dialog, and choose the paper size that matches your sheet before printing.
No. Generated PDFs, test structures, rosters, answer keys and camera grading images are processed locally in your browser and never uploaded by the tools. Site analytics on informational pages and reports you deliberately submit through the contact form are separate, as explained in the privacy policy.
It depends on the app, and we have not tested any. Many camera-based graders look for a regular grid of filled circles, but these sheets are not designed for, tested against or endorsed by any commercial scanning brand, so always test-print and grade one sheet before running a class set.
No. Every layout here is original and generic, intended for classroom and practice use. Some are described as "ACT-style" only to indicate a five-choice, eight-choice or bubble-in-ID convention — they are not replicas of any official form. Use them for practice, not official testing.
