Terms of use
Plain language, because a license nobody reads protects nobody. Using this site means agreeing to these terms.
What you may do
You may, without asking us and without paying:
- Download, print and photocopy any sheet, as many times as you like.
- Use the sheets to assess your own students, including in a tutoring or test-prep business that charges for its services.
- Use the generator to make as many sheets as you need.
- Hand sheets to colleagues, include them in a department pack, or add them to a scheme of work.
- Write on them, punch holes in them, laminate them, and generally treat them as paper.
What you may not do
- Sell or redistribute the files themselves. Offering the PDFs as a download pack, bundling them into a product, or listing them on a marketplace is not covered. Handing a colleague a printed sheet is.
- Present them as official. These are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or compatible with any commercial scanning brand or testing organization, and must not be described as if they were.
- Remove the attribution if you reproduce a sheet's design wholesale somewhere public.
- Use the site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it in a way that degrades it for others.
No warranty
The sheets are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. We verify the geometry during the build — bubble positions, page size, margins — but we cannot test every combination of printer, driver, paper and grading app, and we make no promise that any sheet will be read correctly by any particular device.
Test before you rely on it. Print one sheet, fill in a known answer pattern, and grade it with the method you intend to use. That is the entire check, it takes two minutes, and it is the difference between a small surprise and a large one.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of these sheets or this site, including a mis-graded assessment, lost teaching time, or a decision made on the basis of a score. If you are running a high-stakes assessment, use a process you have validated yourself.
Accuracy of information
The guides are written carefully and revised when we learn something has changed, but information about third-party products — pricing, free-tier limits, features — is only as current as our last check. Where a page states such a detail, it is flagged as needing verification, and you should confirm it on the vendor's own site before relying on it.
Nothing on this site is legal advice. Where the privacy guide touches on regulation, treat it as a starting point for a conversation with whoever handles data protection at your school.
Privacy and analytics
Informational pages use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to measure visits and interactions. The privacy policy explains the data and cookies involved, the pages excluded from these services, and your opt-out options. Accepting these terms does not itself provide consent to optional analytics cookies.
Availability
The site is provided free and may change or stop at any time. Because the sheets are plain PDFs and the generator runs in your browser, anything you have already downloaded keeps working regardless.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
