A correction is a useful email

The thing most likely to be wrong on this site is something that changed: an app's free tier, a printer dialog that renamed a setting, a browser that moved the scale control. If you spot one, an email with what you saw and what you expected is worth more than any amount of praise.

Reporting a layout problem

If a sheet printed wrong, these four details let us reproduce it:

1. Which sheet (the page name or the PDF filename).
2. Paper size you printed on, and which the file was drawn for.
3. The program you printed from (Chrome, Acrobat, Preview, Firefox…).
4. What the scale setting was set to.

A fit-to-page setting is a frequent culprit, and the printing guide fixes it — but please do still write, because we would rather hear about it.

What we cannot help with

• Grading app support. We have no connection to any scanning or grading product and cannot troubleshoot one. Contact that product's own support.
• Official exam questions. We cannot supply, reproduce or advise on copyrighted test material.
• Custom development. Occasionally we build a layout someone needs as a public template; ask, but do not expect it.
